Urine sample

This 10 Panel Drug Test analyzes a urine sample to detect traces of the following drugs:

  • Amphetamines
  • Barbiturates
  • Benzodiazepines
  • Marijuana Metabolite
  • Cocaine Metabolite
  • Methadone Metabolite
  • Opiates
  • Oxycodone
  • Phencyclidin

Results of this test are listed as simply “positive” or “negative” for each of the ten drugs depending on whether or not the drug was detected. If possible, it’s suggested to use an early morning urine sample for this test. And contrary to urban legend, drinking excessive amounts of water in an effort to “beat” the 10 Panel Drug Test will, at best, trigger an invalid sample (not “negative”) and the subject will need to test again.

How Our 10-Panel Drug Test Works

You can order our 10-panel drug test online and visit one of our 4,000+ testing facilities at any time (no appointment needed). Upon arrival, one of our qualified staff will guide you on the next steps.

Unlike most panel tests that use blood samples, the 10-panel drug test uses a urine sample for testing. You will be given a small container and directed to where you can collect the sample.

Aside from being painless, the sample collection process only takes a few minutes. So, from the time you walk into our facility to when you’ll leave, it’ll only be thirty minutes or less.

We will process your 10-panel drug test sample in a CLIA-certified laboratory. And in as little as 24 to 72 hours, you’ll have your full results.

What Are the Common Drug Abuse Symptoms?

Abusing drugs can result in several different symptoms. However, the exact symptoms will depend on which substance is being abused. Some common signs and symptoms associated with drug abuse include:

  • Aggressive or violent behavior
  • Anxiety or paranoia
  • Changes in appearance
  • Depression
  • Loss of interest in hobbies or activities
  • Memory problems
  • Mood swings
  • Problems at home, work, or school
  • Secretive behavior
  • Shifting sleep patterns
  • Social withdrawal

If you or someone you know is exhibiting any of these symptoms, it may be time to get help. A 10-panel drug test can give you the answers you need.

How to Interpret Your Results

Priority Lab Testing strives to offer the best services across the board. This means the testing process is fast and smooth, and results are accurate and easy to interpret.

You will find three columns when reviewing your results: ‘results,’ ‘flag,’ and ‘reference. The ‘reference range’ indicates whether a particular drug is within normal ranges or exceeds it. This will also be indicated in numerical value in the ‘results’ column.

However, it is under the ‘flag’ column that you’ll know whether you have excessive amounts of particular drugs. This will be reported as either non-reactive/normal or reactive/abnormal.

If you want to learn more about interpreting the results, visit our Sample Test Results page.

10-Panel Drug Test Vs. 6-Panel Drug Test

Aside from the 10-panel drug test, Priority Lab Testing also offers the 6-panel drug test. The 6-panel drug test is the most commonly requested panel and can provide similar results as the 10-panel.

The key difference between the two tests is that the 10-panel screens for additional substances not included in the 6-panel. These include:

  • Barbiturates
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Methadone Metabolite

Other than that, the collection process and turnaround time are exactly the same.

Priority Lab Testing offers one of the market’s most comprehensive 10-panel drug tests. We also provide convenient testing locations and fast results. Order your test online today.
